No Refund Policy Veera Academy Effective Date: 21/08/2025 This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the purchaser (“Student/Customer”) and Veera Academy (“Institution”) with respect to the purchase of online courses, study materials, and any other products or services offered by the Institution. By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein. 1. Online Courses 1.1 All fees paid for access to online courses are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the Customer’s usage, completion status, or satisfaction with the course. 1.2 Once login credentials or course access has been provided, the transaction shall be deemed complete and final. 2. Physical Study Materials 2.1 All sales of physical study materials are final and non-refundable. 2.2 Veera Academy shall not entertain any claims for refund, return, or exchange once the product has been shipped or delivered to the Customer. 2.3 Title and risk of loss for purchased materials pass to the Customer upon delivery. 3. Technical Issues 3.1 In the event of technical issues affecting access to digital content, Veera Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues. 3.2 Notwithstanding Clause 3.1, such technical issues shall not constitute grounds for a refund under any circumstances. 4. Non-Refundable Items Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following items are expressly non-refundable: Online courses and subscriptions Downloadable content Study materials (digital or physical) Customized or special-order products and services 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 5.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 5.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India. 6. Acknowledgment By purchasing any course, study material, or service from Veera Academy, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to this No Refund Policy.
